Joan, Karen and her Family wish to convey sincere thanks for the expressions of sympathy in our recent loss.

To all our Relatives, Friends and Neighbours, thanks to those who sent cards, made donations and attended the Funeral Service.

Special thanks to the Reverend Philip Williams for his words of comfort, prayers and for conducting an inspiring Service.

Also thanks to the Care Teams, Doctors at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, to Doctors at Mardon Medical Practice for their care and support. Special thanks go to Frank Painter and Sons, Funeral Directors and to Mr Peter Jones for his kind and sensitive handling of the Funeral arrangements, we are deeply grateful.

We trust this that acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Donations received have now been forwarded on and shared between the Coronary Care and the Renal Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
