Shirley, Heather, David, Stephen and their Families wish to thank everyone who attended Jack's Funeral and for the substantial donations for Knockin Church and The Severn Hospice.

They also wish to thank all Relativesand Friends for their wonderful support, also the Doctors and Staff of Knockin Medical Centre, The Baschurch and Knockin District Nurses, The Macmillan Nurses and of course The Severn Hospice where Jack spent the last 10 days of his life in peace and comfort.
