Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on January, 22, 2014, aged 78 years.

Beloved Husband of the late Beryl.

Devoted Dad of Janet, Paul and Michael anda much loved Grandad of Katrina, Owen, Megan and Keith.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, February 7, at 1pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired please for The Cancer Services Trust Fund at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
