Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her Family on December 2, 2013, aged 84 years.
Devoted Mom, Nan and Great- Nan.
She will be forever missed by her Family.
Funeral Service, 10am, Friday, December 13, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Hospice at Home would be appreciated.
