Died peacefully at the Severn Hospice on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, after a long illness borne with courage and dignity.

Beloved Wife of Rob, Mum to Peter, Andy, Sarah, Duncan and Jo, devoted Granny to Finlay andJessica and Friend to many.

Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Crematorium on Friday, December 13, 2013, at 2.30pm.

At Jacki's request no flowers, no black, a bit of purple if you have it and donations if desired to The Shrewsbury Breathing Club and The Haematology Clinic at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
