Passed away suddenly but peacefully, on November 1, 2013, at his home in Llangynog, aged 61 years.

Loving Father of Lindsey and Garrick and a cherished Grandfather, dearly loved Partner of Renee, a dearBrother of Meilir and Gwyneth, and Brother-in-law and Uncle.

Funeral Service at St Cynogs Church, Llangynog, on Monday, November 18, at 11.30am, followed by Interment in Pennant Melangell Churchyard.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to The Haematology Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, The Liver Transplant Unit at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham and Wales Air Ambulance.
