Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice Telford on September 10, 2013, aged 61 years.

Beloved Wife of Roger. Loving Mother of Paul and a dear Grandma, Sister and Aunt.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, September 20, at 1pm.

No flowers by request, donations if desired please for the Severn Hospice, Telford for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
