Formerly of Greenacres, Ketley Bank and ex-pupil of Hadley Manor School, passed away suddenly on July 31, 2013, aged 45 years.

Beloved Partner of Sharon and devoted Father of Jake, will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

The Funeral will take place at 3.40pm on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at South Essex Crematorium.
