Passed away, suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, on July 3, 2013, aged 68 years.
Much loved Wife of Mick, loving Mum to Stu, Rich and Sam and an adored Nanny of Charlie, Harry and Jack.
Funeral Service 2pm, Thursday, July 11, at Telford Crematorium.
No flowers by request but donations which are to be divided between the HDU of Princess Royal Hospital and Diabetes UK would be appreciated.
