Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on April 9, 2013, aged 63 years.

He was a dearly loved Partner, Dad, Grandad and Brother.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him

Funeral Service to take place at Telford Crematorium, Redhill, on Thursday, April 25, 2013, at 11am, followed by a Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving at the Parish Church of St Gregory The Great, Morville, at 12 noon.

Family flowers only by request but donations if so desiredfor the Severn Hospice, Telford, would be greatly appreciated, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided at Church.
