Passed away on December 9, 2012, aged 64 years.

The Family of the late David wish to express their sincere thanks to Family, Friends and Neighbours for all sympathy cards and letters in the sad loss David. To all whoattended the Funeral Service and generous donations for The Air Ambulance and St Eata's Church.

Special thanks to Leanne of Aubrey Kirkham, Funeral Directors for all the support to the Family and her attention to detail.

Also to Much Wenlock and Cressage Doctors for all the help and kindness shown to both David and myself at this difficult time.

We would like to say thank you to Rev Philip Williams for the lovely Service and support.
