(Jack) Mrs Sally Harris and the Family of the late Mr Jack Ives wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards, letters and other kinds messages of sympathy, love and Prayers received at this very sad time, for the attendance of so many of you at his Funeral Service and for your donations to the Ward 28 Fund at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital N.H.S. Trust. Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to the Doctors, District Nurses and to the Staff at Bridgnorth Hospital and Medical Practice, for all your efforts on his behalf, to the exceptional PD Nurses and all Staff of Ward 28 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital N.H.S. Trust for your care of and kindness to Dad throughout his stay with you and for the great dignity afforded to him in the closing hours of his life, to Jayne Cartwright for the beautiful floral Coffin tribute, we were really pleased, to everyone who shared their memories of Dad with us for inclusion in his Service and particularly, to Amie for your very personal contribution to the occasion, to all at The Woodberry Inn in Bridgnorth for your warm hospitality afterwards and for the excellent post Funeral Reception catering and to The Revd. Marjorie Brooks and organist Mr Stephen Lomas for leading us in a most comforting Service.
