Died peacefully after a long illness bravely borne with his Wife Angela by his side at the Severn Hospice on December 3, 2019, aged 75 years.

Dearly loved Husband, Brother and Uncle.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 3.30pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
