Patrick James Sadly passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2019, at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury. Much loved Dad to Tina and Shaun and loving Grandad to Kelly, Olivia, Samuel and Tamsin. Funeral Service to be held at Shrewsbury R.C. Cathedral, Town Walls, on Friday, April 5, 2019, at 2.30pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury. Inquiries to
