Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on December 29, 2018, aged 75 years.
Much loved Partner of Pat.
Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
