(Doug) Sadly passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on December 28, 2018, aged 71 years.

Doug will be missed by all his Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will be held at Telford Crematorium on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 10.30am.

No flowers please but donations if desired to The Intensive Care Unit, Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
