(Joan) Beloved Wife of the late Harry Elms, loving Mum to Stirling, Gerald, Janet, Velma and David and a much loved Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.
Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Rivermeadows Nursing Home.
Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, 2pm at Emstrey Crematorium.
Family Flowers only please but donations welcome in memory of Joan to Macular Society.
