Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital, on September 3, 2012, aged 88 years.

Widow of the late Jack and Mother of the late David.

Funeral Service at Holy Trinity Church, Dawley, Wednesday, September 12, at 2pm, followed by Interment at Doseley Church Cemetery.

Flowers if desired or donations for a charity of the Families choice yet to be decided.
