Passed away suddenly at home on February 6, 2018, aged 44 years.

Loving Dad to Charlotte and Grandad to Kayden, Son of Ken and Janet, Brother of Christine, Uncle to Kirsty and Amy, Stepson to Margaret and Stepbrother to Christine and Linda.

Funeral Service, Telford Crematorium on Friday, March 9 at 12 noon.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between The Midlands Air Ambulance and The West Midlands AmbulanceService would be appreciated.
