Passed away peacefully surrounded by his Family on February 14, 2018, aged 68 years.
Husband to Pat, Dad to David and Hannah, proud Grandad to Poppy and Harley.
Funeral Service, 10am,Thursday, March 8, 2018, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations to the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury would be appreciated.
