A much loved Dad to Lesley, Claire, Chris and Ben, treasured Grandad to Bradley and Jamie.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, March 5, 2018, at 2pm.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations which will be divided between Leukaemia Care and the British Heart Foundation would be appreciated.
