Of Wellington, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2017, aged 97 years.
Loving Mother of Heather, Judith and Melvyn, dearly missed Nanny and Great- Nanny.
Funeral Service, 1pm, Wednesday, October 25, at Telford Crematorium.
At Family's request no black please.
Family flowers only but if desired donations, which will be divided between The Alzheimer's Society and Sambrook House Residents Fund would be appreciated.
