Peacefully on May 27, 2017, aged 65 years.

Beloved Husband to Jean and a cherished and devoted Dad and Grandpa.

He will be very much missed by all who knew him.

Requiem Mass to take place at Shrewsbury R.C. Cathedral, TownWalls, Shrewsbury, on Monday, June 19, 2017, at 12.30pm, followed by Cremation.

Family flowers only please but donations if wished to The Critical Care Unit at The University Hospital of North Staffordshire.
