Passed away peacefully on April 24, 2017, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 40 years.
She will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and many Friends.
Funeral Service to be held at Shrewsbury CemeteryChapel, Longden Road, on Thursday, May 11, at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please.
