Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on April 27, 2017, surrounded by her Family.
Family and Friends are invited to a celebration of Jenny's life at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Tuesday, May 9 at 2pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations will be divided between Myeloma UK and the Severn Hospice.
