Passed away peacefully at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham on April 15, 2017, aged 69 years.

A much loved Husband, Father and Grandfather, who will be sadly missed by his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St Mary's Church, Shawbury on Friday, April 28, 2017, at 12 noon, followed by Interment.

Donations if wished to be divided between Shrewsbury Mencap and the Shropshire Blood Trust Fund.
