Passed away suddenly at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on November 30, 2016, aged 63 years.

Dad to Sarah and Simon, Brother and a proud Grandad.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, December 20, at 3pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please towards a memorial of the Family's choice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
