Formerly of Steventon Road, Wellington.
Passed away at his home in Aldridge, Walsall, aged 74 years on October 5, 2016, following a long illness.
He will be sadly missed by his loving Wife Ruth, Brothers Dennis and Wes, Sisters Vi and Brenda and all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at 12 noon, on Wednesday, October 26, at Streetly Crematorium, Walsall.
