Passed away suddenly, at home, on September 7, 2016, aged 36 years.

Loving Husband of Becky, a brilliant, wonderful Dad to Taylor and Ethan, dearly loved Son of Joyce and David and much loved Brother of Lisa and John.

Funeral Service, 10am, Thursday, September 22, at St Michael's Church, Madeley, followed by Interment in Castle Green Cemetery.

No black to be worn.
