Passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on August 24, 2016.

Now reunited with Husband Ken, much loved Mum to Julie and devoted Grandmother to Kieran.

Gwen will be sadly missed by her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service in celebration of her life will be held at Telford Crematorium, 11am, Tuesday, September 13.
