Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, after a short illness, on July 14, 2016, aged 67 years.

A much loved Husband of Jennifer, Father to Chris, Paul and Karen, Grandfather to four.

He will be missed by all.

Funeral Service, 4pm, Friday, July 29, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between Cancer Research UK and The British Heart Foundation would be appreciated.
