Passed away peacefully on June 24, 2016, at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, aged 60 years.

Much loved Husband of Diane.

Father of Christopher and Katie, loving Grandad to Arthur, Nancy and Oliver.

Funeral Service, 10.30am, July 7, 2016, at St Nicholas' Church, Newport, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if desired for the Severn Hospice would be appreciated, for which a collection plate will be provided in Church.
