Passed away suddenly at home on May 16, 2016, aged 65 years.

Devoted Husband of Annabel, Father of Neil, Darren and Kyle and Grandfather of Ooh, Jamie, Callum and Drew.Funeral Service to held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, June 2, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
