Passed away peacefully at Evesham Community Hospital on December 12, 2015, aged 74 years.

She will be very sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, at 2pm.
