Sadly passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on October 22, 2015, aged 84 years.

Dearly loved Mom of Janet, Christine, Peter and Sarah, adored Grandma and treasured Friend.

Funeral Service, 1pm, Friday, November 13, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations to be divided between The Midlands Air Ambulance and Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis UK would be appreciated.
