Peacefully in hospital at Telford, in the presence of his Family, following a long illness borne with great courage, dignity and patience. Brian Theobald, of Chelmarsh, near Bridgnorth, aged 72 years.

Thebeloved Husband of Barbara, loving Father of Sarah, Emma and Liz, Father-in-law of Darren and Darren, dear Grandad of Charlotte, Alex and Jenson and a very special Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle.

Much loved, Brian will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service and Interment at The Parish Church of St. Peter, Chelmarsh, on Saturday, October 17, at 1pm.

Family flowers only by request please but donations, which are to be divided between Bridgnorth Lions Club, The Lingen Davies Cancer Appeal at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital N.H.S Trust and The Parish Church of St. Peter, Chelmarsh, Fabric Fund, are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Church or online at www.perryand phillipsfunerals.com
