Passed away peacefully in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on September 25, 2015, aged 56 years.

Beloved Husband of Tina, Dad of Kay, Christopher, Ashley, Shantel, Nicole and Owen, Grandad of Roman, Finlay, Alexia and Tristan.

He will be sadly missed by all Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Laurence's Church, on Friday, October 16, at 12.30pm, followed by Burial in Ludlow Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, with kind donations received in Chrissy's memory being given to The Midlands Air Ambulance.

A splash of green to be worn please.
