Died on June 20, 2015, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 51 years.
Daughter of Roy and Shirley Sambrook, Mother to Bethan, Sarah, John, Alexandra and Josef.
Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, July 6, 2015, at 10.15am.
