Passed away suddenly on March 24, 2015, aged 79 years.
Beloved Partner of Carol.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, April 16, at11am.
Family flowers only, donations if desired please for The British Heart Foundation for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
