Peacefully on December 16, 2014, aged 73 years, at Meadowbrook, Gobowen, of West Felton, formerly of Booley, Stanton.

Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 12 noon, on Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired, for Macmillan Nurses, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
