Funeral Service to be held at St Ruthen's Church, Longden on Monday, December 29, 2014, at 12 noon, followed by aprivate Family Cremation.

No flowers by request.

Donations if desired to be divided between St Ruthen's Church, Longden and The Haematology Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
