Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on November 12, 2014, aged 49 years.

Devoted Husband of Sandra, dearly loved Father of Christopher and Michael, much loved Brother to Simon, Adie, Allison and Angie.

Will be sadly missed by all his Family.

Funeral Service, 1.45pm, Wednesday, November 26, at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury.

Family flowers only but donations if desired to be divided between Cancer Research and the Severn Hospice, Telford.
