Passed away peacefully at home on November 4, 2014, aged 67 years, after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving Wife and Family.

He will be sadly missed by his devoted Wife Sue, loving Stepdaughters Liz and Laura, Grandchildren Toby, Archie, Tabitha and Jemima, Sisters Sue and Gina and Brother Robert.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, November 18, at 3pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be divided between The Princess Royal Hospital Dialysis Unit and the Severn Hospice (Telford), for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
