Peacefully in hospital surrounded by his loving Family on November 1, 2014, aged 54 years.
Loving and much loved Partner of Jeanette.
He will be very greatly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Crematorium on Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at 1pm.
Please wear a splash of red.
