The Family wish to thank all Friends and Neighbours for the kindness shown at this sad time, also for donations received for Alzheimer's Society, Cancer Research UK and St. Swithun's Church, Cheswardine.

Joan was looked after at home where it was her wish to be.

We have to thank Ashley Surgery and Madeley District Nurses, who have been wonderful and supported us to enable mother to stay in her own home.
