Passed away after a long illness on, October 4, 2014, aged 59 years of Market Drayton.
He will be missed by all that knew him.
Funeral Service, 2pm, Thursday, October 23, 2014, at Christ Church, Little Drayton, followed bya 3pm Cremation at Telford Crematorium.
No flowers but donations if so desired for Multiple Sclerosis Society for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
