Peacefully in hospital on August 26, 2014, aged 60 years.

Loved and missed by all his Family.

The Funeral Service is to take place at St Mary's Church, Cleobury Mortimer, on Monday, September 15, at 1pm, followed by Burial in Cleobury Mortimer Cemetery.

Family flowers only please but donations are welcome for The Midlands Air Ambulance and The Worcester Hospital Critical Acute Unit.
