Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on August 22, 2014, aged 68 years.

Much loved Husband, Dad and Grandad.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at 1pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired please to be divided between The Circulation Foundation and Donnington Health Centre, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
