Passed away suddenly on July 19, 2014, aged 44 years. Beloved Son of Wendy and Michael, loved by Step-Parents Heather and Simon. Much loved Brother of Clare, Paul, Thomas and James, loved Grandson of June, Husband of Cordeliaand Stepfather of Adam.
Everybody welcome to the Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, TF2 9NJ on Thursday, July 31, at 10am.
