Of Station Cafe, Craven Arms, unexplectedly taken from us on September 2, 2011, aged 67 years, beloved Husband of Hazel, loving Father of Jen and Jon, wonderful Grandad to Callum and Chloe, also fondly remembered by Wendy, Kelsea and Ellie.
Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, on Thursday, September 15, at 2.40pm.
Family flowers only, donations would be appreciated for The Midlands Air Ambulance.
